Build resilient infrastructure, promote sustainable industrialization and foster innovation
SDG 10 focuses on addressing infrastructure investments, access to financial services, environmental investments, research and development and technological legacies. It promotes inclusive and sustainable industrialization as a core driver for ending poverty and improving standards of living of all people.
In the EU SDG 10 calls for: building resilient and sustainable infrastructure, which supports sustainable development and human well-being; fostering innovation by enhancing scientific research and technology development, and by upgrading technological capabilities of industrial actors; increased access to financial services for small-scale enterprises and to bridge the digital divide by increasing access to information and communication technologies; enhanced international cooperation and support to developing countries.
