With the project funding “HARMONY-FOUR-CONT - Standards for methods of analysis for process and other contaminants in food”, the European Commission charged the European Committee for Standardization (CEN) to elaborate European Standards in the framework of Regulation (EU) 2017/625 on official controls.
In this context, we are looking for project leaders for the development of the following work items in CEN/TC 260/WG 13 “Process and environmental contaminants”:
- Foodstuffs - Determination of acrylamide in food for infants and young Children;
- Foodstuffs - Determination of mineral oil hydrocarbons (MOSH & MOAH) in selected food groups by online-LC-GC-FID;
- Foodstuffs - Determination of certain perfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in food of animal origin
- Foodstuffs - Semi-quantitative screening method for certain poly-chlorinated alkanes (C10-17) by GC‑EI‑MS/MS
