This webinar will present the results of an EU funded project on anthropometric data of adults in the context of making harmonized standards gender-responsive and inclusive. The project consisted of a feasibility study for a future European anthropometric survey for generating a European anthropometric database. It also investigated alternative approaches for monitoring future physical developments to keep databases actual.
Furthermore, the webinar will present an upcoming project on anthropometric considerations for PPE and machinery. This project builds on the results of the previous project by applying the results to the use-cases PPE and machinery in view of optimized integration of the user-groups needs.
