InDiCo-Global, with the support of key partners including CEN and CENELEC, is pleased to announce the launch of its Second and Third Open Calls. These calls aim to boost international cooperation on digital standardization and promote the adoption of European ICT and digital standards in strategic partner regions.
The InDiCo-Global open calls offer a total of €1 million in funding and aim to strengthen international cooperation on digital standardization by funding activities such as training programmes, capacity-building, applied research, and knowledge exchange. Proposals must demonstrate alignment with the European Standardization System (ESS) and contribute to broader EU digital policy goals.
This call seeks proposals focused on:
Projects should demonstrate tangible outcomes and target one or more of the InDiCo-Global focus regions: Africa, China, Eastern Partnership, India, LAC, Southeast Asia, and the Western Balkans.
This call supports two focused activities:
Awards will be made on a first-come-first-served basis, subject to eligibility and evaluation.

Powered by a strong consortium – ETSI, CEN, CENELEC, Trust-IT, Martel Innovate and COMMpla – InDiCo-Global aims to develop mutual understanding of policy, regulatory and technical approaches to ICT/digital technologies, enhance cooperation on ICT standards and alignment in policies and regulations, leading to a wider use of common standards for the benefit of European industry.
