Hybrid Meetings - New amenities in specific Meeting Rooms

A combination of 3 meeting rooms are equipped with new amenities to organize hybrid meetings:

  • 360° rotational and/or zooming auto-tracking camera (cueing automatically to the participant speaking), in addition to the usual audio-visual system;
  • median separations with transparent plexiglass between each conference table

Magellan 1 + 2  56 persons (28 with automatic cueing camera)

Please note that it is mandatory:

  • to keep windows and doors open during meetings

It is recommended to wear a mask when in the toilet area.

The availability of the meeting rooms can be checked through the 'Meeting Room Manager' [To log in, enter the user name: default (no password is required).].

The organisers of the meetings that are already planned will be contacted individually to confirm or not their meetings with the relevant safety measures in place. 

All our meeting rooms are equipped with:

  • Natural light and air conditioning
  • High quality projectors, screens, audio & web conference system
  • Microphones for the larger rooms

The Meeting Centre also puts at your disposal:

  • Lounge and break out areas
  • Business corner with laptops and printers
  • Coffee, tea, water
  • Note pads, pens, flipcharts, white boards
  • WIFI everywhere

Web/Audio Conferencing

You may use at any time our web/audio facilities in each of our meeting rooms via your own/company provider. The CEN-CENELEC Management Centre also offers the possibility to organise virtual meetings via ZOOM.

The CEN-CENELEC Meeting Centre provides cold catering only in the large lunch court in front of the CEN-CENELEC reception.

Orders for catering can be done exclusively via the CEN-CENELEC Meeting Centre team, and must be confirmed at least 2 working days before your meeting.
