CEN and CENELEC are aiming to become the natural standardization partners of researchers and innovators in Europe.

 

This is also what the EC’s Code of Practice on standardization in the European Research Area , published in March 2023, aims to promote.

 

In order to inform the R&I community of the added value standardization can bring to research and research projects; it is important to ensure that researchers have sufficient knowledge on the basics of standardization.
