SBS is pleased to invite you to join key stakeholders in Brussels on 29 June 2026 to honour those contributing to a fairer, more competitive and innovative economic future at the inaugural SBS Awards Ceremony, a landmark event debuting during this year's Meeting Standards initiative (22 to 30 June).
As the European market stands at a pivotal crossroads, these awards will recognize the exceptional experts and influential standards that strengthen the position of SMEs within the Single Market.
The call for nominations is officially open from 4 May to 16 June. SBS is looking for inspiring stories across two main categories. The 'SBS Expert of the Year' award honours individuals dedicated to SME advocacy, while the 'Standard of the Year' category is open to any stakeholder, including SMEs, industry associations, and standard setters, who can demonstrate how a specific standard has delivered tangible benefits to small businesses. SBS encourages anyone with a success story to visit the Meeting Standards website to submit a nomination and save the date for this historic celebration of SME excellence.
