Wednesday 4 February 2026 – Structured Dialogue
The Structured Dialogue between the Director of DG GROW.H, Ms Bonvissuto, and the CEN and CENELEC Acting Director General, Ms Cinzia Missiroli, is a regular meeting to update each other on relevant strategic matters and ensure a fruitful cooperation and exchange between the organizations.

Wednesday 11 February 2026 – Industry Advisory Forum (IAF)
The Industry Advisory Forum (IAF) brings together industry representatives and serves as a strategic platform to tackle key challenges, explore emerging trends, and reinforces the role of standardization in strengthening Europe’s competitiveness. By delivering valuable insights on business model innovation, disruptive technologies, and the future of standardization, the IAF continues to support CEN and CENELEC in navigating an increasingly complex landscape.
Wednesday 11 February 2026 – Boards Standing Committee on Commercial Policy (BSC CoPo)
The role of the CEN and CENELEC BSC Commercial Policy (CoPo) is to advise the Board on all aspects regarding the CEN and CENELEC commercial policy and conformity assessment; as well as CEN and CENELEC Members’ activities and adherence to the commercial policy.
Wednesday 11 February 2026 – Presidential Committee Steering Committee (PC-SC)
The Presidential Committee Steering Committee is responsible for the implementation of the CEN-CENELEC Strategy 2030. As such, the PC-SC oversees the implementation of ongoing strategic projects and makes decisions on future implementation priorities. In line with the implementation of the new governance, the PC-SC sessions are extended to the participation of the chairs of the BSCs, making sure that the agendas cover the relevant items which require coordination and exchange of information.
Thursday 12 February 2026 – Presidential Committee (PC)
Meeting of the Presidential Committee which is the joint CEN and CENELEC corporate governing body dealing with non-sector specific matters of common interest.
Thursday 12 February 2026 – Boards Standing Committee on Eligibility and Governance (BSC ElGo)
The BSC ElGo is responsible for assessing the compliance of all candidates for Officers, Board Members, Chairs, and experts nominated by Members to be part of the Governing Bodies in CEN and CENELEC against the eligibility criteria. It also develops, maintains, and enforces efficiency, quality, and compliance of governance rules, as well as oversees the transition of power between different leaders and governing bodies, including conducting elections and appointments.
Thursday 19 February 2026 – Boards standing Committee on Policy and Strategy (BSC P&S)
The role of the CEN and CENELEC BSC P&S is to advise the CEN and CENELEC Board on a comprehensive approach to strategic European and international policy topics, including stakeholder engagement.
