Standardization of Services to the citizen in Sustainable Cities and Communities

CEN/TR 18260 ”Sustainable Cities and Communities: a framework for standardization of services to the citizen” has been developed by the CEN Technical Committee 465 'Smart and sustainable cities and communities' and was published in December 2025. Now, since the Technical Report recommends a voluntary European Standard to be developed, the webinar will explain CEN/TC 465's considerations and future actions.
