This tender is being run in the context of a project called Readability Platforms that will, amongst other things, support the European Commission in its conformity with Regulation 1049 regarding citizen access to documents.
The objectives of this tender are to select a contractor who will be responsible for the:
- Development of a web interface (Readability platform) which will be offered to CEN and CENELEC Members as a white label solution,
- Support and maintenance of this white label solution.

The identity engine/provider should be integrated directly into the solution, as all user data must strictly remain within the solution
The solution does not need to be containerised
