The 2022 ceremony of the annual CEN and CENELEC Standards+Innovation Awards will take place on 3 October. This year marks the fourth edition of the Awards, which were launched in 2019 with the aim of acknowledging the important contribution of research and innovation to standardization.
During the online ceremony, the winners in three categories will be announced: project award, individual researcher/innovator award, and young researcher award.
The award winners will be presented by the incoming CEN President and CEN and CENELEC Innovation Champion, Stefano Calzolari.
The ceremony will also include keynote speeches from Ludovit Garzik, Managing Director of the Austrian Council for Research and Technology Development, and Lisa Lang, Director Policy & EU Affairs Orchestrator at EIT Climate KIC.
