Cinzia is responsible for overall leadership and management of the organizations according to the strategic directions set by the governance. She represents CEN and CENELEC within the European Standardization System.
Cinzia is responsible for the timely delivery of (smart) standards. She ensures the coordination of all cross-sectoral matters as well as being the Secretary to the CEN and CENELEC Technical Boards.
Ashok provides advice to the Acting Director General by studying the organizational goals and strategies and proposing what changes can be made to better serve the organizations.
Serge is responsible for the IT infrastructure and solutions, as well as for the performance of the Project Management Office (PMO), providing a specific catalogue of services through the PMO.
Eric is responsible for the IT solutions, business applications and IT infrastructure, aligning with ISO and IEC IT developments.
Shannon manages the Project Management Office (PMO), establishing common methodologies and tools, building competencies across the organisation, providing support and providing direct project management for specific and priority projects.
Andreea coordinates the CEN and CENELEC engagement with policymakers and Partners, including overall Communication activities. She acts as Secretary to the Board Standing Committee Policy and Strategy and Business Innovation and Digital Transformation. She coordinates, in close collaboration with the CEN and CENELEC Officers, the development, maintenance and monitoring of the Strategy. She also ensures uptake of new standardization opportunities and the promotion of the European standardization model beyond the EU market.
Giovanni’s role is to support the CEN and CENELEC external communication and public relations activities, including trainings and events. He also provides the Secretarial support to the informal CEN and CENELEC PR Roundtable.
Claire’s role is to support the CEN and CENELEC research, development and innovation (RTD) related activities. She coordinates the Members contribution to research projects (Horizon Europe), enables research projects to contribute to Technical Committees, and builds the relationship with the European research community.
Brecht manages the development, monitoring, and evaluation of the CEN and CENELEC Strategy, and supports business model innovation among CEN and CENELEC Members. His team covers the engagement with Partner Organizations, the Industry Advisory Forum and issues pertaining to capacity building, and diversity and inclusion.
Alberto is responsible for the European and International Policy team. His responsibilities cover the identification and screening of European legislative initiatives relevant for CEN and CENELEC, development of related action plans and policy position papers, further engagement of Annex III organizations and promotion of partnerships with key international counterparts, including the management of international policy projects.
Gonçalo manages the overall deliverables production process, the editing, translation and publication of European Standards and other CEN and CENELEC deliverables.
Alessia is in charge of the CEN and CENELEC Technical Boards (BT) and is responsible for the technical proposals subject to EC and EFTA funding. In addition, she oversees the coherence, completeness and correctness of the data.
Frédéric’s role is to support the compliance with horizontal aspects related to Harmonized Standards (quality-check process, fulfilment of horizontal and sectorial requirements related to the relevant legislation/SReqs, allowing hENs timely citation in the OJEU, training for Technical Bodies, etc). He acts as Secretary of the CEN-CLC/BTWG 12 – ‘Harmonized standards and the European regulatory framework’.
Catherine is responsible for the coordination of all sectoral activities within the Standardization Directorate, facilitating the timely and successful delivery of standardization solutions for CEN and CENELEC.
Nooshin's role is to support the Technical Bodies in the fields of Electrotechnology and ICT to ensure timely and successful delivery of standardization solutions for CEN and CENELEC.
Joanna's role is to support the Technical Bodies in the fields of Energy and Utility, Household appliances, Healthcare, Food and Feed, Consumers, Services and Security to ensure timely and successful delivery of standardization solutions for CEN and CENELEC.
Thierry’s role is to support the Technical Bodies in the fields of Transport, Vehicles, Pressure Equipment and Packaging to ensure timely and successful delivery of standardization solutions for CEN and CENELEC.
Nuno’s role is to support the Technical Bodies in the fields of Construction, Mining and Metals, Machinery, Nanotechnology and Chemicals to ensure timely and successful delivery of standardization solutions for CEN and CENELEC.
Patrick is responsible for all financial affairs of CEN and CENELEC and acts as Secretary to the Board Standing Committee Finance. He also ensures the availability of clean, safe and efficient working facilities in order to offer both an efficient working environment and an efficient CEN and CENELEC Meeting Centre.
Jean-Charles assists the Head of Finance & Facilities in managing accounting, budgeting and financial reporting for CEN and CENELEC, as well as the contractual arrangements with EC and EFTA for the funded projects. He also provides support to the governing bodies of the two associations on financial matters.
Kamila is responsible for the provision of services to the CEN and CENELEC governing bodies and ensures the organizational structure and processes for the assessment of the membership criteria of CEN and CENELEC.
Isabel supports the development of CCMC’s human capital attracting and retaining an agile workforce, facilitating individual potential and performance management whilst fostering teams’ synergies.
