All meeting room rates include the rent of the meeting room and its standard equipment:
- projection and audio conferencing,
- notepads and pens.
Access is free to our Business Corner where laptops and printing facilities are available for visitors.
Pictures of the meeting rooms will soon be available.
At the reception desk, the CEN-CENELEC Meeting Centre team will be pleased to assist you for participants’ registration, transport information (taxi reservation, train, and plane timetables), hotels and restaurants, and proximity services.
Additional services (extra charge)
Special arrangements, facilities and/or equipment are possible on request. These are not included in the meeting room rental prices and will be charged separately.
Upon request you can organize web-conference services (GoToMeeting), video conferencing or book additional IT equipment.
