In the frame of the SMEST 2 project, national events will be organised in EU and EFTA countries from May 2012 to March 2013. Each national event consists of two days: on the first day National Standardisation Bodies will get introduced to the toolkit and its opportunities in an interactive way. The second day was organised for SMEs and SME associations learned how standards and the participation in European standardization can improve their business.The first SMEST workshop took place in The Netherlands on 25 May 2012.
