All meeting room rates include the rent of the meeting room and its equipment:
- beamer
- wireless internet
- flipchart and markers
At the reception desk, the CEN-CENELEC Meeting Centre team will be pleased to assist you for:
- registration of participants
- information on hotels and restaurants
- transport information (taxi reservation, train, and plane timetables)
For small amounts of copies, a photocopier is at your disposal. In the touch down area, a PC and printing facilities as well as internet connection is available for visitors.

Upon request you can organise web-conference services (GoToMeeting) or book additional beamer and IT equipment.
The rental and installation costs of this additional equipment are not included in the meeting room rental prices and will be charged separately.
